I host a variety of workshops, retreats, and creative events tailored for private groups and workplace settings. My goal is to design personalized experiences that meet the specific desires and requirements of different target groups. With inclusivity in mind, my offerings are suitable for people of all ages and bodies, and can be enjoyed and customized for groups of any size.

As a glimpse into what I offer, here are some examples of various concepts:

SHAKE THE DUST

"When high-intensity training, yoga, and dance party merge"

Shake the Dust embodies a dynamic practice, inviting you to embrace the present moment through movement, accompanied by somatic guidance and a thoughtfully curated soundscape. We'll shake, jump, and dance - but also incorporate strength training and yoga. Shake the Dust welcomes all shapes and ages, promising a thrilling journey that leaves you feeling both zen and energized. While you'll undoubtedly benefit from a great workout, the real reward lies in the opportunity to unwind and emotionally reconnect with yourself.

EMBODIED YOGA

My yoga sessions, centered on Vinyasa yoga, are all about embodiment, guiding participants to return to their bodies. The physical intensity of the session is based on the theme and the desires of the participants. I strive to curate dynamic sessions that balance both gentle and vigorous elements. In my embodied yoga sessions, we honor the strength, softness, and freedom within ourselves. Through breathwork, yoga postures, and exploratory movement, participants have the opportunity to release tension, connect with their inner voice, and delve into their inner motivation.

DANCE FOR HEALTH

I facilitate Dance for Health workshops, offering a glimpse into its functionality and leading customized sessions for children, teenagers (10-19), and adults. Our focus is on the joy of movement, not performance or appearance. In the sessions we explore collaborative exercises, choreography and relaxation techniques. Influenced by various dance styles, we emphasize stress-free creativity and reflection.

Dance for Health is notably beneficial for those managing depression and anxiety, individuals on the autism spectrum and newcomers to Sweden seeking integration activities—groups I have extensive experience working with. But worth mentioning, this method welcomes anyone curious about the positive effects of dance, movement, and community.

Here are examples of various groups and settings where my offerings are applicable:
  • Workplace contexts: Team-building activities, conferences, workplace wellness initiatives, motivational seminars.
  • Schools and institutions: Inspirational and motivational workshops for students.
  • Public and private events, occasions where you seek a unique shared experience.
  • Women's circles, bachelorette parties, birthdays, cultural happenings.
